Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 September 2026
This policy explains what Ads Master collects, why, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and how to exercise your rights over it. It applies to adsmaster.net and to the Ads Master application.
1. Who we are — the data controller
Ads Master is operated by 313 for Information Technology LLC, registered at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, operating from Amman, Jordan. For any privacy question or request, contact us at sales@300and13.com.
2. What we collect
Account and contact data. Name, email address and any other details you give us when you create an account, log in, or contact us for support.
Data from your connected advertising accounts. When you connect Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, Google Merchant Center, or Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to Ads Master, we read and store the following categories of data from those accounts:
- Ad campaign performance metrics (spend, clicks, conversions and related daily statistics).
- Search term performance data from your advertising accounts.
- Google Search Console rows (search queries and site performance data for properties you connect).
- Google Analytics daily data for properties you connect.
- Findings and audit snapshots — the results of the checks and analyses Ads Master runs against your connected accounts.
- Encrypted OAuth credentials (tokens) that let Ads Master keep reading your connected accounts until you disconnect them.
The marketing website (adsmaster.net) itself. This site does not run any analytics, advertising pixel, or tracking script — we checked the page templates directly and confirmed there is no Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, or Meta Pixel code present. If that changes, this policy will be updated first and this section will name the specific service and what it collects.
3. Storage and retention
Data from your connected advertising accounts is stored on our servers for as long as described below, not only handled briefly while a request is in flight. This stored data includes the campaign metrics, search term data, Search Console rows, findings and audit snapshots described above.
Disconnecting an account clears your OAuth session only. It does not delete the advertising data already stored from that account. We keep that stored data so that your history, reports and findings remain available if you reconnect, and so we can meet support and record-keeping obligations.
To have your stored data deleted, write to sales@300and13.com. We will delete it within 30 days of a written request, except where we are required to keep specific records for legal, tax or security purposes.
4. Legal bases and purposes
We process your data to: deliver the Ads Master service you asked for (reading and reporting on your connected accounts); provide customer support; maintain security and prevent abuse of the service; and meet our legal obligations. Where consent is the applicable legal basis (such as connecting a Google or Meta account via OAuth), you may withdraw it at any time by disconnecting the account or contacting us.
We do not sell your data. We do not use Google user data to serve advertising to you or anyone else. We do not use Google user data, or data from your connected advertising accounts, to train generalised artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
5. Who we share data with
We share data only with the providers whose APIs you connect and instruct us to use — Google (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, Google Merchant Center) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) each receive requests scoped to the account you connected, in order to read that account's data back to you inside Ads Master. We do not maintain a list of additional third-party processors beyond the ad platforms you yourself connect. If that changes, we will name the new processor here before the change takes effect.
6. Google API Services User Data Policy — Limited Use
Ads Master's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:
- We use Google user data only to provide and improve the Ads Master features you have asked for — reading and reporting on the Google account(s) you connect.
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements.
- We do not use Google user data to train generalised (non-personalised) artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
- We do not allow anyone outside Ads Master to read Google user data except as described in this policy, for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets with your continued consent.
7. Meta platform data
By default, connecting a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) account grants Ads Master
read-only access to your advertising account data (the ads_read
permission), which we use to read and report your campaign performance back to
you inside the product. We never turn a campaign on, publish anything, or
spend anything on your behalf through this connection.
Broader Meta permissions (such as managing ads, Pages or Instagram content) exist in our app configuration solely for Meta's own App Review process, are exercised only against our own test assets during that review, and are not requested from, or used against, customer accounts.
Meta platform data is handled under the same storage, retention and deletion terms as any other connected advertising data — see Section 3.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: access the data we hold about you; correct (rectify) inaccurate data; request erasure of your data; receive a portable copy of your data; object to certain processing; and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email sales@300and13.com. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Security, international transfers, children, cookies
Security. OAuth credentials for your connected accounts are stored encrypted. Account-disconnect and sign-out actions are protected against cross-site request forgery. We restrict data access by account/tenant scope so one customer cannot read another's connected-account data.
International transfers. We operate from Amman, Jordan, and our registered entity is based in the United States. Using Ads Master means your data may be transferred between and processed in Jordan and the United States.
Children. Ads Master is a business tool and is not directed at, or intended for use by, anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Cookies. The Ads Master application uses a session cookie to keep you signed in and to protect actions like disconnecting an account against cross-site forgery. The adsmaster.net marketing site does not set any analytics, advertising or tracking cookies — we found none in the site's templates when we checked.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and for material changes we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of Ads Master after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
