Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains our refund policy and how cancellation works when you pay for Ads Master directly. It applies to every service billed by 313 for Information Technology LLC, registered at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Our team operates out of Amman, Jordan.
No refunds
Ads Master does not offer refunds, including for any unused portion of a billing period. Every charge is final. If you no longer want a service, cancel it -- see Cancellation below.
Cancellation
You can cancel a service at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep access to the service until that period ends, and we do not charge you again after that. There is no pro-rata refund for the remaining, unused part of a period you have already paid for.
How to cancel
Email us at sales@300and13.com or message us on WhatsApp (+962 79 199 1373) with your account email and the service you want to cancel.
Free trial
Ads Master does not currently offer a free trial period. Access to a paid service begins once you activate it, and the first charge is taken at that point -- there is no trial window that converts into a charge later. Current prices are listed on our pricing page.
What we can't refund
We never refund your own advertising spend paid directly to Google Ads or Meta Ads. 313 for Information Technology LLC does not collect, hold, or process that money -- it goes straight from your card or account to Google or Meta. If you need a refund for ad spend, you'll need to contact Google or Meta support directly; we're glad to help you put together the details of your account if that's useful.
Chargebacks and disputes
If something looks wrong on your statement, please contact us first at sales@300and13.com before filing a chargeback with your bank -- most issues are quicker to resolve directly with us. If a chargeback is filed, we respond with our records of the service delivered: invoices, delivery timestamps, and account activity logs.
