Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Ads Master is operated by 313 for Information Technology LLC ("313", "we", "us", "our"), registered at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Our team operates from Amman, Jordan. By creating an account or otherwise using Ads Master, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. The service

Ads Master is an advertising management and reporting product. It connects to your Google Ads, Meta, and Google Search Console accounts to produce tracking audits, campaign findings, creative briefs, and performance reporting, and to carry out the specific services you activate, as described at /pricing/.

3. Eligibility, your account, and your ad spend

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to connect the advertising and search accounts you link to Ads Master. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account.

Ads Master manages campaigns, audits, and reporting on your behalf. The advertising platforms themselves — Google Ads and Meta — bill your own ad spend directly to you, separately from any fee you pay us. 313 does not control, hold, or have visibility into platform billing, and is not responsible for charges the platforms make to your connected payment methods.

4. Fees and billing

Current prices for every Ads Master service are published at /pricing/ and are visible without logging in. We do not restate prices on this page; the pricing page is the only source of current pricing, and prices there may change from time to time. You are billed for each service you activate, at the price shown on the pricing page at the time you activate it.

5. Trial

Ads Master does not currently offer a free trial period. Access to a paid service begins once you activate it, and you are billed as described in Fees and billing above.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel any service at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep access to the cancelled service until that period ends, and you are not charged for the following period.

7. Refunds

Ads Master does not offer refunds, including for any unused portion of a billing period. If you no longer want a service, you can cancel it as described in Cancellation above: cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you are not charged again after that. 8. Acceptable use; suspension and termination

You agree not to use Ads Master for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your identity or your authority over a connected account, or to interfere with or attempt to reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend or terminate your access if: payment is overdue and unresolved after notice; you breach these Terms or the third-party platform terms referenced below; or a connected platform suspends or restricts your account for a policy violation. Where reasonably possible, we will notify you before suspending or terminating your access.

9. Third-party advertising platforms

Your use of Google Ads, Meta, and Google Search Console through Ads Master is also governed by each platform's own terms of service and policies. We do not control those platforms' decisions on ad approval, delivery, account status, or policy enforcement, and we cannot guarantee that any campaign, ad, or account will be approved, delivered, or remain in good standing. If a platform suspends, restricts, or terminates your advertising account, that decision belongs to the platform and is outside our control.

10. No guarantee of advertising results

Ads Master provides tools, audits, reporting, and management services to help you run advertising more effectively. We do not guarantee any specific outcome — including impressions, clicks, conversions, cost per result, return on ad spend, or ranking — from any service.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 313 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Ads Master, including loss of advertising spend, profits, or data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to Ads Master is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim arose.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date and, where practical, notify you by email. Continued use of Ads Master after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States — the jurisdiction where 313 for Information Technology LLC, the entity that operates Ads Master, is registered.
