Set Up GA4 and Conversions

GA4 and conversion actions are the two pieces that turn ad platform numbers into numbers you can actually trust. Both are part of the standing free allowance in Ads Master — this is foundation, not a premium feature, so it’s never metered.

Create or adopt a GA4 property

If you already have a GA4 property for your website, Ads Master adopts it — it connects to the existing property rather than creating a duplicate. If you don’t have one yet, Ads Master creates one for you as part of this same step.

1. From your dashboard, open Connections and select GA4.
2. If an existing property is detected under your connected Google account, you’ll be asked to confirm you want to adopt it.
3. If none is detected, Ads Master creates a new GA4 property and links it to your site.
4. Confirm the property is receiving data — you should see live traffic reflected within a few minutes of a real site visit.

Set up conversion actions

A conversion action is a specific, defined event — a submitted form, a call, a WhatsApp click, a completed order — not a page view or a button hover. Ads Master helps you define these against the actions that actually represent a customer, then confirms they’re firing correctly rather than assuming a one-time setup still works.

1. From Connections, open Conversions.
2. Select the actions relevant to your business (form submission, call click, WhatsApp click, purchase, etc.).
3. Ads Master checks that each is firing correctly on your live site before marking it verified.

Why verification matters here specifically

Cost-per-result and ROAS across your dashboard are gated on this exact step. Until GA4 is connected and conversion actions are confirmed firing, those numbers show a warning instead of a figure — deliberately, because a number without verified tracking underneath it is a guess wearing a decimal point.
